Alysha is fabulous! In 4 weeks she helped get me on track and I lost 13 pounds. Alysha was my online coach from Sept to Dec and she is fantastic. Motivating, encouraging and most importantly real talk. Accountability is so important when your trying to change your lifestyle and she is very good at praising your wins while addressing any challenges you may be having. Her programs encompass everything, you get food lists, macro calculation, workouts including cardio, cheat sheets for food, helpful tips. When we started I was at 211 weight wise and with her help at the end of December I was at 196.6. I give you that number because it’s the one people use as a metric but what you learn is that the weight isn’t the most important thing. The muscle I have built and the endurance I now have, not to mention the confidence are so much more important than the number on the scale. The progress I have seen is steady and consistent and HEALTHY but it takes patience and time. My body is strong now, I can feel that, I can SEE it (especially in my legs). Working with her gave me confidence, direction and increased my drive to be better than I was. You check in weekly and it’s so thorough. I have learned so much and gained so much appreciation for what my body can do. It’s embracing a new lifestyle. I can’t wait til we work together again, which will be February. I am also looking forward to participating in a challenge after my next coaching session has completed. I can’t recommend Alysha as a coach and her program enough. Thank you so much for your dedication and encouragement, it’s been life changing to have this kind of support during this transformation I am on.
